Proficiency in Excel and costing tools. Must have prompt response abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context:
Understand the design pack, including fabric selection, trims, and construction details.
Coordinate sample development (lab dips, strike-offs, proto, fit samples).
Prepare detailed cost sheets covering fabric, trims, CM and commercial.
Negotiate with suppliers/factories to achieve target FOB prices while maintaining quality.
Analyze cost drivers and propose alternatives for cost optimization.
Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs, and costing sheets in export-ready formats.
Track development timelines and update stakeholders on progress and risks.
