Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed educational institute. Any insurance related educational degrees or advance courses will be preferable

Banks & Financial, Micro Finance, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage ongoing Micro-Insurance portfolio in partnership with NGO(s), Bank(s) and other non-profitable organizations to ensure professional and reliable offerings to the clients.
∎ Enhance Micro-Insurance coverage by taking a comprehensive understanding of the inclusive insurance markets to design, innovative, suitable, and client-centric insurance solutions.
∎ Effectively manage, review, and execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and partnership agreements with the partners, facilitators and other partners to ensure and smooth implementation of products and services among the clients.
∎ Plan, design and implement awareness campaigns among clients to ensure insurance literacy of the bottom of the pyramid population.
∎ Process optimization, re-engineering, and digitization to meet client's need, ensure profitability & sustainability, and create scopes of further development in association with partners.
∎ Maintain networking and liaison with national and international entities.
∎ Preparing proposal for MFIs for Micro-Insurance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced and effective communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Advanced level of English speaking, writing communication and business case or project proposal writing.
∎ Sound understanding of inclusive insurance, opportunities, and prevailing challenges of access to insurance for the lower income population.
∎ Sound Understanding of insurance pricing, terms, and conditions and ability to review and negotiate on the right grounds.
∎ Sound analytical skill to analyze big data for future forecasting, pricing, product performance monitoring, budgeting, and profitability scenario.
∎ Effective team management with diversity and taking challenge.
∎ Coordination skill to deal senior level positions of IDRA, Donors, International development organizations, various govt. agencies, BMD etc. effectively.
