Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Management or any other subject from a Public University, preferably from the University of Dhaka / Rajshahi / Chittagong / Khulna.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Electronic Items
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and leading the expansion activities of a company independently.
∎ To find out potential business locations for Exclusive Outlets (for Consumer Electronic Items) in different regions of the country.
∎ To negotiate and convince prospective lessors for hiring Outlets.
∎ To look after the activities related to expansion, execution, maintenance & monitoring of own retail outlets as per Guideline of the Principal.
∎ Communication and confirmation of all Guidelines of the Principal.
∎ To ensure compliance, infrastructure development and its management.
∎ Closely monitor Sales activities of own retail shops.
∎ Other jobs & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working Experience in retail expansion activities.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ To have the capacity to work logically and systematically.
∎ To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team.
∎ To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems independently.
∎ To have excellent communication & presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ To be able to negotiate and use analytical skills.
∎ To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.
