Context:

The Senior Executive – Software & Network Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the factory and corporate environments, including hardware, network systems, and enterprise software. This role provides technical support to factory operations, maintains network stability for production systems, supports ERP and business applications, and ensures uninterrupted IT services to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis for hardware devices

• Support installation and maintenance of IP cameras, NVR systems, and attendance devices (biometric/card-based)

• Assist in managing LAN/WAN connectivity and switches.

• Troubleshoot network issues, remote connectivity, and VPN access

• Support IP PABX-related issues

• Provide end-user support for OS, Microsoft Office, email (Outlook/Webmail), and general applications

• Manage user setup, relocation, and IT onboarding/offboarding

• Resolve email and Outlook-related issues

• Maintain IT asset register and directory

• Track inventory, usage, and procurement requirements

• Good knowledge in ERP.

• ERP Master data entry and software support
