∎ Age at least 27 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle of Blue-Collar Employee (Ex: Delivery Rider, Pickup Rider, Operations Associate) for sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements.
∎ Hiring vacant positions including white collar employee as per the requirement.
∎ Respond to HR related enquiries from Employee received through email, telephone or other ways.
∎ Monitor HRD policy and guidance & ensure that enquiry handling procedures mirror these and cascade knowledge to other team members.
∎ Constantly seek to review and improve service by identifying areas for development in guidance and reporting feedback from customers to managers above.
∎ Co-ordination of meetings with posts/ team, sending out discussed agenda.
∎ Visiting Hub on a regular basis for identifying the business needs.
∎ Maintain and update all relevant trackers as required.
∎ Issuing confirmation letters, contract extension letters, letter of appointment, employment certificates and other reference letters.
∎ Support to HMT in different projects when needed.
∎ Completing end to end exit formalities of the existing employees.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor Law
