Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a strategic role.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning solutions, including LMS setup and management.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Experience working in distribution, logistics, or similar high-volume operational environments preferred.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.

  • Professional certifications in L&D, instructional design, or coaching will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and driving a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives, specifically supporting the Distribution and Logistics verticals. This role will lead the creation of an in-house Learning Management System (LMS), develop impactful training programs, and ensure continuous skill development across the organization. The ideal candidate is strategic, execution-focused, and passionate about people development.

Major Responsibilities:

  • LMS Development & Management: Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of an in-house LMS platform to deliver training content effectively. Continuously optimize for user experience and learning outcomes.

  • Content Development: Plan, design, and execute training content tailored for LMS deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and learner engagement.

  • Strategy & Design: Develop and implement a company-wide L&D strategy focused on Distribution and Logistics teams, ensuring integration with broader organizational goals.

  • Program Management: Create and deliver diverse learning programs (workshops, e-learning, blended formats) while ensuring strategic time utilization and learning effectiveness.

  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify current and future skill gaps across departments through systematic needs assessments and stakeholder consultations.

  • Impact Measurement: Track training outcomes and return on investment (ROI), providing regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Establish and support internal coaching and leadership development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
