Professional Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of work experience including 3 years in the relevant field.
Educational Qualification:
BBA/MBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university
Full/Part qualification in professional educations ie. CA/ ACCA/ CMA will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
The scope of Manager- MIS role is to ensure accurate, timely and quality Financial and Business Performance Reports for External (Group/Board) and Internal Management, along with consolidated group financials and insightful analyses for Management decision support.
Major Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Consolidated Financials
Prepare Management Reports, covering both Financial & Non-Financial dimensions, with critical assessment of numbers/facts & through explanation of underlying performance
Assist line manager with speaker notes for monthly review meeting.
Support Investor Relations with necessary financial information & insights to prepare quarterly/annual publication.
Serve as the SPOC for ERP
Represent the company during statutory and external audits of the group & its subsidiaries
Perform intercompany fund flow reconciliation across all entities
Conduct periodic reconciliation between MIS (Management Information System) and Financial Statements (FS).
