• The applicants must have the capability to guide and manage multiple factories.
• The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of Knit, Woven and denim products.
• Able to follow the bulk production in multiple factories at a time. Go through the company’s quality requirement/manual, communicate the requirement and guide the factories.
• Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.
• Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.
• Willingness to travel
• Give real-time updates to the Merchandise team.
• Documents and updates inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Understand production processes for Knit & Woven Products, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection. Ability to understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in quality control or a related field in a reputed retail brand is preferred.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at MBRELLA in Dhaka. The Quality Manager will be responsible for-

• Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products,
• Maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
• They will collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues.
• The Quality Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
