∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To review company’s policies and plan for the best suitable policies and SOP for the best interest of the company while maintaining local and international authority standards.
∎ To prepare and proceed the SOP & Policies to the management for the necessary approval.
∎ Clearly communicating new and updated company policies to staff through various channels like emails, intranet updates, meetings, and training session.
∎ Providing clarification on policy details when needed and addressing employee questions about policy implementation.
∎ Managing the flow of communication within the office, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and managing internal communication platforms.
∎ To draft HR & Administrative official letters, office notes, memorandum, office circular, meeting minutes etc. and circulate those after necessary approval.
∎ To work on Organizational Development initiatives to ensure best working atmosphere throughout Remark HB Limited Headquarter.
