• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age At least 40 years
• Only Male

• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of all electrical systems including substations, generators, transformers, panels, UPS, and power distribution.

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime and rapid fault resolution.

• Lead electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning of new projects and expansions.

• Review electrical drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Utility, and Production teams.

• Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives and ensure Optimize generator usage and manage load balancing.

• Ensure compliance with energy audit recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, BERC, BPDB, and local electrical authority regulations.

• Implement electrical safety systems, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and PPE compliance.

• Conduct safety training and risk assessments.

• Lead whole electrical team including engineers, technicians, and electricians

• Manage contractors and vendors; evaluate work quality and performance.

• Plan manpower, tools, and spare parts inventory.
