Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:
· Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
· Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
· Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
· Collaborate with marketing and other teams to highlight Studynet’s innovative culture and career growth opportunities
Employee Engagement & Relations:
· Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
· Act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.
· Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.
· Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
· Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Performance Management:
· Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
· Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
· Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
HR Policies and Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
· Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
· Employee Relations:
Analytics:
· Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and identify trends.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
