Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure all stores consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action where required.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies.
Ensure timely collection of receivables from trade partners.
Maintain optimal stock levels across all stores.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and statutory regulations.
Monitor aging inventory and minimize expired/damaged goods.
Optimize manpower deployment and store efficiency.
Monitor promotional ROI and stock availability.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Monitor punctuality and shift compliance.
Improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
Coordinate with supply chain, HR, and finance departments.
