Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the full recruitment and selection process for an iGaming site
Source, screen, and hire candidates for technical, marketing, support, and operations teams
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and performance management
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support management with workforce planning and HR strategy
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
