  • Age 29 to 35 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Statistics, Business Analytics, MIS, Data Science, or related field.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, exposure to Power Query, Power BI or DAX will be treated as added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in Telecom/IT or large conglomerates preferred.

  • Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights.



Responsibilities & Context:

HR Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, cost etc.).

  • Analyze workforce trends and provide predictive insights for manpower planning.

  • Support talent analytics, including hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, etc.

  • Conduct attrition and engagement analysis and recommend data-backed actions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance within HR systems.

  • Collaborate with C&B, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams on analytics needs.

  • Automate HR reports using Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI or DAX.

  • Prepare management-ready insights and presentations.

  • Work closely with internal software team to ensure data integrity, upgradation, development initiatives in HRIS.

Stakeholder & Leadership Support

  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics for people management and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Provide analytical support for budgeting, manpower planning, cost optimization and other developmental initiatives.

  • Upon requirement, provide analytical support to the functions of other departments of the organization.
