Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).

  • PGD HRM is often an added advantage.

  • Experience: Generally, 4–5 years of experience in HR functions.

  • High level of integrity and professional discretion.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws.

  • Performance evaluation and talent management.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and analytical skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Ashulia Model Town

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting orientation.

  • Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys and interviews, develop training modules, and evaluate effectiveness.

  • HR Operations & Payroll: Handle daily HR tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and supporting payroll administration.

  • Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process, set goals, and manage employee KPIs.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Address grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws/policies, and foster a positive work culture.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and generate reports for management.

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with vendors for facility management and supervise office administration, if required.
