Experience:
BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).
PGD HRM is often an added advantage.
Experience: Generally, 4–5 years of experience in HR functions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage HR projects.
High level of integrity and professional discretion.
Knowledge of local labor laws.
Performance evaluation and talent management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting orientation.
Training & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys and interviews, develop training modules, and evaluate effectiveness.
HR Operations & Payroll: Handle daily HR tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and supporting payroll administration.
Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process, set goals, and manage employee KPIs.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Address grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws/policies, and foster a positive work culture.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and generate reports for management.
Administrative Support: Coordinate with vendors for facility management and supervise office administration, if required.
