Experience:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Structure) from any reputed and accredited university.
Minimum 10–12 years of practical experience in structural design and site supervision.
Must have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
Must be a registered professional with RAJUK.
Must be a Full Member of IEB.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, and other relevant structural analysis and design software.
Sound knowledge of BNBC, ACI, AISC, and related structural codes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
Prepare, review, and approve structural design calculations in compliance with BNBC and relevant international codes.
Develop, review, and finalize structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and related technical documents based on approved architectural plans.
Ensure the structural safety, stability, and cost-effectiveness of high-rise and residential/commercial building projects.
Provide senior-level technical guidance to junior engineers, draftsmen, and site teams.
Conduct periodic and top-level site supervision to ensure construction works comply with approved designs and specifications.
Coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, Planning, and Construction teams to resolve design and execution issues.
Review construction methodologies and materials to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
Handle remote project sites efficiently and ensure smooth structural operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and verify structural submissions required for RAJUK approval and related authorities.
Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely project delivery.
