Experience:
Master’s in HRM/Management from a reputed university.
Professional certifications such as PGDHRM, SHRM, CHRP, or similar will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years in a mid-to-senior managerial role.

In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Administrative Regulations

Job Context:
Ratul Properties Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead its Human Resources and Administration functions. The DGM will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, administrative control, policy implementation, compliance, and people development aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and implement the HR & Administration strategy aligned with organizational goals and long-term business plans.
Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.
Drive organizational culture, employee engagement initiatives, leadership development, and organization development (OD) interventions.
Ensure accurate, timely payroll coordination; effective compensation & benefits administration; and meaningful HR analytics to support management decision-making.
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, advising on workforce optimization, capability building, and business-driven people strategies.
Oversee all administrative operations, including office management, logistics, protocol, security, and facilities management across multiple locations.
Ensure efficient management of transport, housekeeping, safety, and regulatory compliance across corporate offices, projects, and sites.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR & Admin SOPs to ensure operational discipline, cost control, resource optimization, and service quality.
Manage all legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance related to HR, administration, and labor matters.
Lead crisis management, safety governance, business continuity, and administrative risk mitigation initiatives.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, the Bangladesh Labor Law, and other applicable regulations.
Lead employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
Lead, mentor, and develop HR & Admin teams to ensure operational excellence, succession readiness, and high performance.
Collaborate with senior management to support organizational transformation, business expansion, and sustainable growth.
