Monitor expenses, discounting, and operational costs.
Ensure timely collections and control outstanding receivables.
Improve stock rotation and reduce expiry losses.
Monitor ROI on promotional activities.
Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence standards.
Build and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.
Execute divisional strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead local marketing initiatives to increase sales and visibility.
