Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have Masters or MBA in any discipline from reputed public/private University of the country.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Human Resources & General Services operations with compliances in LPG & CMP Plant ? To assist Plant Management Team for the appropriate administrative functions of the Plant.
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of Human Resources Management, General Services, Security Operations and IT Services in coordination of Plant Management Team.
∎ To partner Plant Operations with Human Resources & General Services team members as a Business Partner.
∎ To maintain corporate governance, employee relations, benefits & welfare services following the policies.
∎ To resolve employee grievances (if any) with sustainable solution to confirm a harmonious working environment.
∎ To facilitate employees training program in line to TNA & Development plan, in consultation with Plant Management Team, to achieve Plant objectives.
∎ To ensure General Services, Security, IT operations are smooth, secured and internal clients are satisfied.
∎ To coach and develop Human Resources, General Services, Security & IT team members are ready to take next-level responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have minimum eight (08) years' working experience in large manufacturing set up.
∎ Having experiences of managing a large work force with Legitimate Compliances in Employment, Safety & Benefits.
∎ The applicant need to be a critical thinker, good analyst and should know to study/draw a big picture.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills are requirement of this role.
