Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and conducting initial interviews.
∎ Maintain and verify personal files for new employees to ensure all necessary documents are in order
∎ Issue appointment letters to new hires and collaborate with Admin and IT teams to assign IT assets, mobile SIM cards, and ID cards.
∎ Ensure a smooth resignation process for the field team employees.
∎ Share attendance reports with field force employees and follow up on any irregularities.
∎ Cross-check salary-related issues with Payroll and communicate updates to field teams.
∎ Follow-up with the field team and payroll for salary Management
∎ Creating and updating CV pool for local or regional recruitments(White & Blue collar)
∎ HR Audit in Distribution Houses
∎ Visiting and Launching Distribution Houses
∎ The People & Governance Expert is responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, field team management, payroll coordination, and HR audits, as well as managing the field team’s attendance and operations to ensure smooth HR processes and organizational compliance.
∎ Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and conducting initial interviews.
