Responsibilities & Context:
  • Align the HR strategy with the SBU's overarching goals to achieve organizational objectives effectively.
  • Oversee job analysis processes, identify skill gaps, and implement workforce planning and recruitment strategies to meet factory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the administrative and annual manpower budgets.
  • Support employee performance evaluations, maintaining comprehensive documentation to identify training needs and enhance overall productivity.
  • Implement workplace policies to foster a positive work environment, address potential conflicts, and mitigate legal risks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting effective communication and a harmonious workplace culture.
  • Lead grievance management, conduct necessary investigations, and implement conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through regular audits, and conduct training sessions to address policy updates.
  • Manage all statutory and regulatory requirements, including factory licensing processes with local government offices and representatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR and administrative issues effectively.
  • Facilitate positive factory visits, enhancing organizational reputation with financial institutions, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Represent the organization at legal hearings and maintain accurate records to ensure legal compliance and preparedness.
