Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Hons/Masters) from any reputed institution.
4–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Water Pump or Hardware Tools category.
Strong leadership capability with proven team-handling experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and proper placement in all key retail outlets.
Appoint, develop, and supervise dealers to maintain an efficient supply chain and expand the dealer/retailer network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new business partners.
Guide, support, and monitor Sales Officers and Territory Officers under the ASM, providing training and motivation.
Conduct field coaching to ensure sales discipline, execution excellence, and team productivity.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and field sales guidelines.
