Build and manage a high-performance sales team and distribution network
Drive key account relationships, institutional sales, and revenue growth
Implement RTM strategies and optimize cost-to-serve
Ensure real-time sales data monitoring and reporting for fast decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Production & Finance)
Enforce pricing, credit, and promotional policy compliance
Support demand forecasting and ensure product availability
Monitor competitor activity and execute agile counter strategies
