∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Error free & justified Claims settlement with highest level of professional dignity.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail both in claim settlement & manipulated claim identification.
∎ Achieving maximum level of client satisfaction through proper email correspondences, telephonic conversations, timely claim settlement, ensuring smooth hospitalization service and regular update to clients.
∎ Maintain liaison and good relationship with Guardian Life Hospital network to ensure smooth cashless hospitalization for clients.
∎ Proficiency in English both speaking and writing with standard typing speed in both Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure
∎ Enthusiastic in completing any task assigned by Head of the Department.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
