∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in IP
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (IP/Chemical)
∎ Skills Required: Engineering, Product Training, Training, Training & Development, Training Coordination
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering, Industrial Training, LEAN Manufacturing, Product Training, Training & Development, Training Facilitation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing SOP/OPL (Standard Operating procedure)
∎ Preparing visual signage for production.
∎ Training on Machine Operation/ Cleaning & maintenance among Operators.
∎ Training on HACCP/QMS among Management & Non Management Staff
∎ Tracking UPI's across the factory.
∎ Implementation of Factory objectives.
∎ Drive Operational Master Plan.
∎ Drive Culture of Root Cause Analysis etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience as a trainer, Corporate staff & Factory worker/staff training specialist or related field;
∎ Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
∎ Relevant software (Photoshop, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc).
∎ Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platform
∎ Training management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
∎ Proven leadership skills
∎ Team building, and management skills
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities
∎ Linguistic competence.
∎ Instructional Designing Skills.
∎ Production/ LEAN Practitioner.
∎ Communication Skills.
