We are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Sr. Officer/Assistant Manager (Commercial Documents)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Perform all types of commercial and export-related activities as assigned by management.
Carry export documents to various government ministries, regulatory authorities, and other relevant organizations for submission, processing, and approval.
Provide logistical support for export operations and commercial activities.
Collect, submit, and process documents with banks related to export, import, and commercial transactions.
Obtain and collect export-related certificates, permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant authorities and organizations.
Collect shipping documents such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Landing (B/L), Delivery Orders, and other related documents from shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
Coordinate with customs authorities, freights forwarders, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining commercial and export documentation.
Deliver and receive official correspondence, documents, and certificates from government offices, banks, chambers of commerce, and other institutions.
Maintain proper records and filing of commercial, banking, and export-related documents.
Follow up on pending applications, approvals, certificates, and documentation with relevant authorities.
Support the Commercial Department in ensuring compliance with export regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Perform any other assigned by the Commercial Manager or Management from time to time.
