Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Executive recruitment plan aligned with organizational objective.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to understand and address hiring needs.
∎ Supervise and guide the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
∎ Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
∎ Evaluate and improve recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Leverage analytics and metrics to track and optimize recruitment performance.
∎ Prepare recruitment report and dashboards for management review.
∎ Support employer branding and initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent attraction efforts.
∎ Represent the organization at job fairs, Campus recruitment events and outreach programs.
