Responsibilities & Context:
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out.
Allocate workload on each maintenance staff.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems of machinery.
Diagnosing breakdown problems and Keep down machine breakdown time to meet the departmental KPI.
Monitor spare parts and equipment stock level in store and recommend to place orders of spare parts if necessary.
Control the spare parts consumption and minimize the maintenance cost for mechanical maintenance.
Keep continuity of development and modernization of utility system.
Prepare written reports on maintenance activities in every month and identify any actions required.
Arrange local workshop support for spare parts repairing and prepare bill register.
Have to be compliance with the employment policy, rules & regulations of company.
