∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years proven experience in Hospital Administration.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Private Hospital / Clinic Management.
∎ Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience (Private Hospital / Clinic Management).
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and database.
∎ Ability to develop business solutions based upon facts / data analytics.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure the hospital compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, laws and ethical standards.
∎ Communicate with regulatory agencies and keep the hospital in compliance with industry standards.
∎ Monitor hospital safety programs, such as infection control, fire safety and emergency response plans.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist and enhance the HR team’s efficiency and competency.
∎ Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR issues, contributing to strategic thinking, and aligning HR objectives with company policies.
∎ Manage HR operations including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance appraisal.
∎ Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.
∎ Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.
∎ Prepare and implement recruitment plans to support talent sourcing and timely hiring.
∎ Responsible for attracting & select right talent & retain talent and employee branding.
∎ Knowledge on change Management, Lead cultural enhancement & Employee recreation program.
∎ Knowledge on organizational Employee relations & payroll Management.
∎ Promote a positive work environment to boost staff morale and productivity
