Skills Required: OT assist,OT Management,Patient Counseling,Teamwork and Cooperation
Additional Requirements:
MBBS (Must have valid BMDC registration).
PGT (Gynae & Obs) / 3 years practical experience in Gynae & Obs unit in a reputed hospital.
Must have good computer skill.
Hospital software literacy is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide routine and emergency care to Gynae patients under supervision of senior consultants.
Manage normal labor cases and assist in complicated deliveries under consultant guidance.
Conduct initial assessment of patients in emergency/OPD/ward and initiate appropriate management.
Perform minor gynecological procedures (as per hospital policy and competency level).
Ensure proper documentation of patient history, examination, diagnosis and treatment plan.
Identify and manage obstetric emergencies and give update to respective consultant promptly.
Maintain duty roster and attend duty on time.
Maintain proper handover of patients during shift changes.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control and safe clinical practices.
Supervise and coordinate with nursing staff, midwives and other team members.
Support in arranging investigations, reviewing reports and planning patient care accordingly.
Prepare discharge summaries and medical reports as per necessity.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment, prognosis and follow-up care.
Maintain empathy, confidentiality and patient-centered care in all services.
Handle patient queries and complaints with professionalism.
Participate in hospital meetings, trainings, seminars, medical camps etc.
Complying with management decision, policy and uphold the company brand.
