Experience:
Honors / Masters in any discipline. MBA in Marketing will be preferable.
At least 02 year experience in any Corporate Hospital in Chittagong.
Only Hospital / Diagnostic experienced candidates can apply.
Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and consultant chambers to inform them about the facilities of Hospital & Diagnostic.
Achieve monthly targets from assigned territory as set by the management.
Organize events like seminars, medical camps etc. involving community physicians keeping excellent public relations and rapport with concerned people and supporting logistics.
Travel to assigned ex-HQ and Out-stations for doctor visits and subsequent business development.
Prepare and follow monthly activity plan and activity report with target achievement to submit to the Marketing In-charge.
Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and collect marketing data from potential customers.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential patient sources.
Communicate with patients/attendants by providing information and collecting customer feedback to propose service improvement.
Maintain good relationships with consultants, customers, clinics, diagnostic centers, salesman of pharmacy and corporate clients.
Market survey related to health services as when advised by management
