Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Accessories
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and Verifying all documents in relation with joining employees
∎ Should be able to obtain approved license & work permit ,Visa for foreign staff
∎ Establish and implement efficient systems and procedure to ensure prompt services and effective controls, including data/information and records etc.
∎ Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
∎ Ensure effective handling of Grievances procedures
∎ Providing Counseling for staff and workers as and when necessary
∎ Motivate workers and maintain good relation between workers and management
∎ Developing relationships with functional leads and team members to provide another channel for ground level feedback
∎ Coordinate with all function to develop and implement various HR policies & Procedure
∎ Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to perform training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads.
∎ Coordinate with all functions to enhance and implement an Appraisal System for all employees.
∎ Run the company on boarding program for new employees to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the company.
∎ Manage & develop subordinates to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
∎ Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ Generate HR operations report as and when required.
∎ List of new joining employees and facilitating employee's separation with final settlement and do all required support.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ General HR, Recruitment , & Selection, Training & Development, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, approved license & work permit ,Visa for foreign staff &compliance
