• The Person who are Fresh & Experienced in others area no need to apply
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in any large Garments Accessories company as Manager
• Expertise in MS Office Tools (MS WORD, MS EXCEL etc)
• Good at verbal & written communication in English
• Proactive & committed to accomplish the target set by the department
• Strong leadership capabilities, especially drive & initiatives, team influencing & decision making
• Demonstrated ability to understand, influence and build the own buyers.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

The incumbent will be responsible to lead the marketing team of the Company. The candidate will assume overall Responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, analyzing, and achieving a route-level marketing plan.

• Prepare daily & weekly visit plans with customers.

• Submit an everyday outcome report to the reporting authority.

• Prepare monthly marketing plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per plan.

• Ensure marketing as per the business plan.Ensure payment through Back to Back (B2B) L/C

• Develop and create new potential volume clients.

• Correspondence & negotiation with the prospective clients.

• Follow-up production & on-time delivery.

• Follow up on time sales realization.

• Maintain required MIS (Management information system)

• T/A,Mobile bill,Performance bonus
