Skills Required:

Minimum 7–12 years’ experience in Marketing (Garment Accessories), especially in Metal Button & Zipper.
Proven experience in dealing with RMG factories and sourcing offices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good leadership ability to guide a small marketing team.
Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or Textile Engineering (or related discipline).
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and expand the sales & marketing of Metal Button, Metal Zipper, Nylon & Vislon accessories for both local and export markets.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, factories, and sourcing agents.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales plans.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Handle client negotiations, quotations, and order follow-up.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and QC teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and buyer feedback
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
