Experience:
Experience in Marketing (Garment Accessories) — strong expertise specifically in Metal Buttons & Zippers.
Lead and expand the marketing & business development of Metal Buttons, Metal Zippers, Nylon & Vislon accessories for both export markets and local clients.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with international buyers, brands, and sourcing agents.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
Negotiate with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Supervise and guide the Marketing & Sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Control teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and buyer trend studies to shape strategic direction.
Represent Shenzhen Metal Industries Ltd at trade shows, buyer presentations, and industry events.
