Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the overall administration, security, and discipline of the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
Maintain effective liaison with government offices, law enforcement agencies, and local authorities.
Supervise security operations, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
Lead and train the administration & security staff to ensure a safe and disciplined workplace.
Manage transport, logistics, office facilities, canteen, and housekeeping services.
Handle employee discipline, grievance management, and conflict
Report directly to senior management on administrative issues, risks, and solution
