Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Human Resources Management from reputed Public or private university
∎ PGDHRM shall be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Admin Dept and supervise the overall functions
∎ Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures
∎ Manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company
∎ Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept
∎ Maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices
∎ Assist Managing Director with Strategic HR functions
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law
∎ Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Manage effective performance management system
∎ Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Manage vehicle fleet of the company
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously

∎ Experienced in handling employee and industrial relations
∎ Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines
