∎ Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in collaborating with department/division/unit head to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Implement policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee relations issues promptly and fairly.
∎ Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.
∎ Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
∎ Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.·         Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
∎ Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with the company's business objectives.
∎ Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments and coordinate training sessions accordingly.
∎ Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
∎ Manage HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare various HR reports for the Head of HR as per requirement.
