Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR, Admin & Compliances.
∎ To Coordinate with the departmental in-charge of Production, Maintenance, Quality to improve smoothness and efficiency and report to management regular basis.
∎ To monitor and lead day to day activities of company HR, Admin & Compliance works including but not limited to attendance, absence, leave, recruitment, salary preparation, final settlement etc. through Company’s ERP Software.
∎ Effectively organizing and leading the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenance.
∎ To ensure all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rack, files, books & register off all department are properly prepared, issued, up-dated, maintained as per compliance requirement.
∎ To lead the recruitment process of production workers, select their wages as per labor law and ensure employee’s joining, transfer, resignation, termination, dismissal, job confirmation etc. according to company’s service rule.
∎ To ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing as per company policies, plans and conduct all in house meeting, training for Production worker to development skill, new workers’ orientation.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and contributing to the long-term planning of the human Recourse management as required by the company.
∎ To plan, control and maintain office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties and ensuring healthy workplace for all workers and staff.
∎ Compliance issue: To control ad develop compliance issues and handle social and technical audits as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GOTS , Oeko-tex standard, BCI, INDITEX, Recycle Claimed Standard, Organic and other compliances when and where required..
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BGMEA, BTMA) and local influential community leaders and other business related organizations to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact to ensure safety and security of the company.
∎ Selection & Recruitment issue: Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualitied candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Ensure Training & development, workshop, counseling. Orientation for developing employees and campaign.
∎ Preparing performance appraisal, ACR of all employees.
∎ To ensure employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues.
∎ Develop and update compensation and benefits structure.
∎ Organization development issue: Mange annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies. Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.
∎ Responsible for maintain fire training drill regularly.
∎ To co-ordinate and support to management team and department head.
