Job Circular: Management Trainee Officer – HR

Overview:
PRAN-RFL Group, one of the country’s leading and most diversified conglomerates, is looking for competent and proactive individuals to join as Management Trainee Officer – HR. This role is designed for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources, with opportunities to work across both Head Office and Factory HR Operations. The position offers hands-on exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Training & Development, providing a solid foundation for future HR leadership.

  • Work closely with business and functional heads to identify manpower needs and execute end-to-end recruitment.

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure timely hiring of the right talent.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.

  • Support payroll and attendance management including overtime, holiday pay, and other wage components in compliance with labor laws.

  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and maintaining workplace discipline.

  • Assist in planning and implementing training & development initiatives to improve employee skills and build leadership pipelines.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management in workforce planning and decision-making.
