∎ Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience (preferably in garments/manufacturing sector)
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.)
∎ Experience with HR software/ERP systems
∎ Strong understanding of labor law and payroll systems
∎ Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct recruitment, interviews, and selection processes
∎ Arrange orientation and training programs for new employees
∎ Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and behavior
∎ Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner
∎ Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 & amended 2015)
∎ Maintain employee performance evaluation records and HR database
∎ Organize worker welfare and motivational programs
∎ Prepare and process monthly salaries, overtime, leaves, and other benefits
∎ Generate accurate payroll sheets based on attendance records
∎ Prepare salary reports and submit them to management
∎ Coordinate with bank and accounts department for timely salary disbursement
∎ Manage deductions for income tax, provident fund, loans, etc.
∎ Prepare full and final settlements with all necessary documentation
∎ Reports To: HR & Compliance Manager
