• Candidates having 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment, will be given preference

• Practical knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law will be considered a strong advantage



Responsibilities & Context:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the factory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with organizational policies

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for staff and workers

• Maintain and update employee personal files, service records, and HR database with accuracy and confidentiality

• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll-related activities

• Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other official correspondence

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable labor laws

• Support employee engagement, welfare, and disciplinary processes as required

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all administrative records and correspondence

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications

• Supervise office housekeeping and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective administrative support

• Prepare periodic (monthly/weekly) administrative and HR reports for management

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
