Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
∎ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
∎ Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
∎ Organizing and processing employee onboarding, offboarding and engagement activities.
∎ Monitoring employees track record(s).
∎ Identifying training needs within the organization.
∎ Coordinating, organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
∎ Preparing related reports (HR/ Management).
∎ Monitoring, maintaining and developing good work environment.
∎ Prepare HR department's budget.
∎ Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
∎ Assisting HR management team.
∎ Management of all confidential / Important documents of the department
∎ Any other task as and when required.
