Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Proactively identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through market analysis, industry networking, and direct client engagement
Proven experience and strong understanding of government and international project procedures and regulatory frameworks
Ability to lead bigger team and be the biggest team player
Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for consultancy and engineering related projects
Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with technical and project teams to align business strategies
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums
