∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling Managers on candidate selections; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
∎ • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ • Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records
∎ • Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile
∎ • Develop SOP( Standard Operating Procedures) and implement them successfully
∎ • Need to have basic understanding of all licenses regarding maintaining and operating factory,
∎ • experience in the following area(s): BPO – Call Center HR Administration, HR Development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
