Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR,Admin and Compliance;
∎ Organizing training / awareness program on a regular basis;
∎ Managing counseling & motivational tools in the workplace;
∎ Handling grievance and conflict management;
∎ Handling the issues pertaining to Industrial Relations (IR) according to Laws in force along with formulating motivational factors and conflict management;
∎ Maintaining liaison with different associated bodies;
∎ Organize various committees, workshops, and conferences to promote social and intellectual welfare of the students.
∎ Discuss various issues with the members of educational committees and understand the basic problems and requirements.
∎ Undertake a proper research and provide recommendations on curriculum and materials for school systems & higher education.
∎ Advising the administrative and teaching staff about the curriculum development and use of material and equipment.
∎ Carry out tests to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and ensure that the program objectives are being met.
∎ Develop instructional materials that are to be used by instructors and educators.
∎ Update the current curriculum after a certain period to ensure that the students are technologically current.
∎ Assist in writing reports, documentation on program activities.
∎ Ability to handle students and satisfy them with the correct information.
∎ Maintaining good relation with the students and Guardians.
∎ Having a very pleasant personality which would be helpful to achieve clients' satisfaction and endorse the firms' image.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.
