Job Context:
∎ To plan direct and control core activities related to Corporate Sales & Marketing of Group Life and Health products. Independently as well as through Corporate Sales Team to acquire and grow business under the guidance and leadership of CEO and Board of Director in order to achieve the overall business goals (yearly business targets) and objectives of the specific individual as well as that of the particular distribution channel. Procure & Retain Group Business using both internal & external resources of the company. Meeting existing & prospective clients from time to time to retain as well as for future business growth of the company. Ensure timely A to Z services of the clients & maintain good relationship with the potential customers. Keeping close liaison with the reinsurer including proper documentation and payment of due premium to the re-insurer. To revise and plan the development and tailoring of new and existing insurance products and services. Motivate team members to enhance GLIL`s overall brand loyalty.
∎ Head of Group Insurance Department (Top Level Position)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive business strategy to achieve business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Lead a team, guide & coaching them. Provide marketing related information to customers and follow up with them regarding proposals for Business Development and all other requests.
∎ Maintaining and developing relations with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and email.
∎ Keeping constant contact with different corporate companies regarding company's product/services and sending different offer letter.
∎ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribute marketing, sales information and recommendation to strategic plan and execute successfully.
∎ Review, monitor and report on market and competitor activities and take necessary measures to revise Guardian Life Insurance's plans if required to protect and aggressively grow market share.
∎ The incumbent should be self motivated and fulfill the company's goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years

∎ Strong communication& services skills, self-motivated and fulfill the company's strategic goal.
∎ Strong commercial acumen and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Through experience in variety of functions including corporate sales, front-line businesses and client relationship management.
∎ Hard Headed leadership skills to effectively manage lead and motivate a diverse team.
