Job Context:

Ashiyan Group, a reputed and fast-growing business conglomerate engaged in diversified sectors including real estate, education, and healthcare, is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of General Manager / Manager – Admin & HR.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative and human resource functions of the group, ensuring efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and full compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal standards.

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development activities.

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, performance appraisal, promotion, and disciplinary processes.

  • Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits in line with labor law requirements.

  • Manage office administration, logistics, transport, security, housekeeping, and overall facility management.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including labor law, fire safety, and workplace standards.

  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and control costs effectively.

  • Coordinate with different departments and external agencies for smooth operational support.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement programs.

  • Provide strategic advice to top management on manpower planning, organizational development, and policy formulation.
