• MBA in Marketing or relevant discipline (Highly Preferred)

• At least 5 years in a senior management role (DGM/GM/Head of Sales)
• Real Estate / Land Sales / Large Project Sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of achieving high sales targets
• Strategic thinking with execution capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead large teams

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and result-driven professional for the position of DGM / GM – Marketing & Sales to lead overall sales operations, marketing strategy, and revenue growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement overall marketing & sales strategy
• Lead and control nationwide / project-based sales operations
• Set sales targets, budgets, and KPI for teams
• Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Develop and manage sales channels, agents, and corporate clients
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors
• Build, mentor, and evaluate high-performing sales teams
• Prepare MIS, sales forecast, and reports for top management
• Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and project teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction and brand positioning
