• Ability to work in the field and handle clients independently

• Knowledge of land documents and real estate practices is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell residential and commercial land/plots as per company policy

• Achieve monthly and yearly land sales targets

• Generate leads through field visits, site marketing, calls, and referrals

• Conduct site visits and land inspections with prospective clients

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents to customers

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow up with interested buyers and close sales deals

• Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth sales processing

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management

• Monitor market trends and competitor land projects
